Need a break from the intensity of the live matches? Come catch a film at La Lucarne Football Film Festival. Some of the must watch films include the documentary Freedom Fields and a behind the scenes film into the Venezuelan Women’s National Team World Cup qualifiers, They Call Us Warriors (Nos Llaman Guerreras). La Lucarne is an organization made up of a dozen friends passionate about football and cinema. Naturally, La Lucarne Football Film Festival is the perfect combination of that.

Street Football World Festival 19 |  28 June - 7 July

In Lyon, the Street Football World Festival 19 aims to bring together disadvantaged young people from across the globe to champion football’s unique power in advancing and achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. They will be hosting a football tournament, youth forums and a Football for Good summit. If you are interested in volunteering check out their site!
